When is Meta Ads management a suitable choice?
Facebook and Instagram ads can be a suitable choice when a business has a clear offer, a reachable audience and a process for turning interest into an enquiry or purchase. Advertising alone cannot fix an unclear offer, a weak website or unprocessed enquiries, but it can help reach potential customers systematically and test messaging approaches.
Meta Ads management is most often suitable for:
- local service businesses;
- B2B businesses with a defined audience;
- businesses seeking enquiries or purchases;
- e-commerce businesses with a functioning website and product data;
- businesses that regularly need new ad copy and static visuals;
- businesses that want not only to see metrics, but also to understand the next decision.
Meta Ads may not be the only or the priority channel when people are already actively searching Google for a very specific service, when the offer is not yet ready to advertise, or when the sales process cannot handle enquiries. In that situation, we first assess whether Meta Ads, Google Ads or a combination of both channels is more suitable.

What is included in every package?
Regardless of the selected package, ACCESSIO follows a consistent core process.
Initial research and plan
We assess the business offer, audience, previous advertising experience, available materials and measurement options. We define what will be advertised, what action is expected from the user and which data will be needed for decisions.
Ad account and access check
We check the basic status of Meta Business Manager, the ad account and the required access. In the first month, we also check whether Meta Pixel is present, whether basic data is being received and the most important events in Meta Events Manager, provided no code changes are required.
Campaign setup and management
We create and manage campaigns within the package limit. We do not make the account structure more complex simply to use the full number of available campaigns. In some cases, a simpler and more consolidated structure is more appropriate.
Ad copy and static visuals
Ad copy and static visuals are included within the creative concept allowance. For each concept, we prepare one communication idea, a corresponding set of copy and adaptations for up to three standard Meta formats.
Creative approval
Before publication, ad copy and visuals are sent to the client for approval. One revision round means one consolidated set of comments on the materials submitted at that time.
Regular monitoring and optimisation
We assess campaign delivery, traffic, platform results, creative performance and available business data. We do not change the budget or structure based on a single proxy metric.
Monthly performance report
The report includes key results, the most important conclusions, actions taken, measurement limitations and recommended next steps. A metrics table alone does not replace decision-making.
What is a creative concept?
A creative concept is one distinct advertising idea, visual direction or composition.
One concept includes:
- one static ad visual;
- a set of ad copy related to that idea;
- a CTA recommendation;
- adaptations for up to three standard Meta formats, such as 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16.
Format adaptations of one concept do not count as separate concepts. A materially new idea, composition, product, offer or communication angle is a new concept.
A carousel ad created within a unified visual system counts as two concepts. Product catalogue cards generated automatically by Meta do not use the concept allowance, but a catalogue cover, frame, overlay or other static material created manually by ACCESSIO does.
Detailed non-standard carousel or catalogue cases are assessed before work begins.
1 concept
Format adaptations do not count as separate concepts.
1 carousel = 2 concepts
A carousel ad created within a unified visual system.
How does the collaboration work?
-
01
Initial call and package selection
We discuss the business offer, current advertising situation, market, language, ad budget and the required volume of creative materials. If a standard package is not suitable, we prepare a custom proposal.
-
02
Prepayment and capacity reservation
Work begins after the prepayment invoice has been paid. Payment reserves ACCESSIO capacity for the relevant service period.
-
03
Access, information and materials
The client provides the required access, accurate information about products or services, current prices, brand materials and the rights to use the submitted photos or videos.
-
04
Research, plan and first concepts
We conduct the initial research, prepare the campaign plan and the first ad copy and static visuals. Materials for the first month form part of the monthly concept allowance for the selected package.
-
05
Approval
We send materials for approval in a shared document, by email or through another agreed channel. Standard revisions are completed within up to two business days after receiving consolidated comments.
-
06
Preparation for launch
If access, information, materials and approvals are received on time and there are no technical blockers, we can usually prepare the first campaigns for launch within 3-5 business days after prepayment.
-
07
Management and optimisation
After launch, we monitor the campaigns, assess the available data and make justified changes. We do not promise a specific number of A/B tests or a fixed schedule for material deliveries because priorities depend on the account situation and the volume of data.
-
08
Report and next steps
Once a month, the client receives a performance report with conclusions, actions taken and recommended next steps. The number of strategy calls depends on the selected package.
What do Meta Ads data show, and what do they not prove?
Meta Ads data can show
- Amount spent;
- Reach;
- Impressions;
- Frequency;
- Outbound clicks;
- Cost per outbound click;
- Landing page views;
- Cost per landing page view;
- Results;
- Result indicator;
- the platform-reported Cost per result;
- comparable observations across periods or materials when the conditions are sufficiently similar.
Meta Ads data alone do not prove
- that a platform Lead is a qualified lead;
- that platform-reported Purchase events fully match purchases recorded in accounting;
- that the lowest-cost Result is the most valuable outcome for the business;
- that a low CPC means high-quality traffic;
- that a high CTR means sales;
- that a specific ad generated a deal when sufficient business and attribution data are not available;
- causation when several material factors changed at the same time;
- revenue or profit when these are not linked to the client’s business data.
Therefore, before increasing the budget or making a material campaign change, we do not rely on a single platform metric. Where possible, we also use information about real contacts, qualified leads, sales conversations and deals.
Who is responsible for what in Meta Ads management?
ACCESSIO is responsible for
- the initial assessment of the advertising situation and offer;
- campaign planning and management within the package scope;
- ad copy and static visuals within the concept allowance;
- the creative approval process;
- regular monitoring and optimisation based on the data;
- the monthly report and recommendations for next steps.
The client is responsible for
- providing access on time;
- accurate facts about products, services, prices and offers;
- the rights to use the submitted photos, videos and brand materials;
- timely, consolidated feedback;
- the content and operation of the website or landing page unless separate work has been commissioned;
- enquiry handling, the sales process and customer service;
- providing CRM or other business data when deeper performance analysis is required.
Separate technical work
Programming, CAPI, server-side tracking, data layer development, CRM integrations, complex feed solutions and other non-standard technical work are assessed separately. Where required, this work is carried out by an appropriate technical specialist.
What is not included and is priced separately?
Standard Meta Ads packages do not automatically include:
- the Meta ad budget;
- work beyond the package limits for campaigns, concepts or revisions;
- an additional market or language configuration;
- video filming and full professional video editing - see our Video production service;
- UGC production and creator fees;
- motion graphics and complex animation;
- website programming;
- Google Tag Manager implementation or rebuild;
- data layer development;
- Conversions API and server-side tracking;
- CRM integrations and offline conversions;
- building a catalogue from scratch or repairing a feed;
- landing page development or a full CRO audit;
- professional translation and cultural localisation.
Prices for additional work
- additional static creative concept - EUR 90;
- out-of-scope work - EUR 65 per hour;
- minimum billing unit for out-of-scope work - 30 minutes;
- additional market/language configuration - EUR 150, EUR 200 or EUR 250 per month, depending on the package.
The price of an additional static concept includes one visual idea, one set of ad copy, adaptation for up to three standard Meta formats and one consolidated revision round.
Urgent, unplanned work depends on ACCESSIO capacity and is assessed and priced separately.
Additional markets and languages
The price of each package includes one base market and language configuration.
One configuration may cover several countries when they share:
- one language;
- one shared set of content;
- one landing page or a coordinated set of pages;
- one campaign structure;
- shared budget management;
- one consolidated performance analysis.
This does not mean that the fee is automatically multiplied by the number of countries.
A separate or custom scope is required when countries need different copy, visuals, offers, landing pages, budgets, optimisation or reporting.
Professional translation and cultural localisation are not automatically included in the additional configuration fee.
Frequently asked questions
Is the ad budget included in the package price?
No. The package price is ACCESSIO’s fee for the work included in that package. The client pays the ad budget separately to Meta.
What is included in the first month, and is setup charged separately?
Standard onboarding and basic setup are included in the first month’s package price. This may include initial research, a basic check of access and the account, the campaign plan, creation of the first campaigns and the creative concept allowance for the selected package. Complex tracking, programming and integration work is priced separately.
What does one creative concept mean?
It is one distinct advertising visual and communication direction. A concept includes one static visual, a related set of ad copy and adaptations for up to three standard Meta formats.
How is a carousel ad counted, and how are different formats of one concept treated?
Adaptations of one concept to 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats do not count as separate concepts. A carousel ad created within a unified visual system counts as two concepts regardless of the number of cards. Non-standard cases are assessed separately.
How do revision rounds work, and does unused capacity carry over?
One revision round means one consolidated set of client comments on the materials submitted at that time. Unused concepts, revision rounds, strategy calls and other capacity allocated to a specific period do not carry over to the next month.
What Meta Pixel and tracking checks are included?
The service includes checking whether Meta Pixel is present, whether basic data is being received and the most important events in Meta Events Manager, provided no code changes are required. CAPI, server-side tracking, a GTM rebuild, the data layer, CRM integrations and programming are assessed separately.
Is there a minimum contract term, and how can the service be discontinued?
There is no minimum contract term. The client can end the service by not paying the prepayment invoice for the next service period. The terms for a period already paid for are set out in the proposal or contract.
Can I change packages?
Yes. A package can be changed from the next billing period. A package change during an active billing period is not automatic and must be agreed separately.
Does ACCESSIO guarantee a specific ROAS or number of purchases or enquiries?
No. Results are also influenced by the offer, price, competition, ad budget, website, tracking, sales process and the client’s capacity. ACCESSIO provides the agreed scope of work, material approval, reporting and a documented process, but does not guarantee a specific business outcome.
Not sure which package is suitable?
Before the call, brief information about the business offer, current advertising situation, target market, language and approximate Meta ad budget is sufficient. We will assess whether Bronze, Silver, Gold or a custom solution is suitable.
We will first clarify the situation and recommend an appropriate scope of work.
