Why work with several channels instead of one?

How does ACCESSIO report on advertising results?

Unlike the common practice of sending reports filled with clicks, reach, and CTR, we report on purchases, leads, and cost per result. Clicks are an intermediate step, not a result — what matters to a business is what happened after the click.

Our reporting has three parts. Every week, the client receives a short update by email or WhatsApp — what is happening now, what is being changed, what to expect. All advertising copy and visual materials are approved in a Google Spreadsheets document, where the client sees and confirms them before publication. At the end of the month, a detailed report is prepared with concrete numbers — how many purchases, how many leads, what it cost, and which channels performed better.

How does the work process go?

1. Conversation. We get in touch by phone or video call to understand your goals, market situation, and existing campaign results.

2. Strategy and launch. Within 3 business days of receiving payment, the strategy is developed, advertising materials are prepared, and the first campaign is launched. All copy and visuals are approved in a Google Spreadsheets document before publication.

3. Weekly update. Every week you receive a short message by email or WhatsApp — what is happening, what is being changed, what to expect next week.

4. Optimisation. Based on the first data, campaigns are adjusted — audiences, messaging, and budget allocation between channels are changed.

5. Monthly report. At the end of the month, a detailed report with purchases, leads, and cost per result. Based on it, we decide together on the next step.

Frequently asked questions

How large an advertising budget do you need to start?

We recommend a minimum advertising budget of 300 EUR per month per channel. With a smaller amount, the Facebook and Google algorithms do not receive enough data to optimise campaigns, and results will be unstable. A larger budget allows several audiences and creative approaches to be tested in parallel, finding what works faster.

This is our recommendation, not a platform requirement — technically, advertising can run on a smaller amount.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we work on a month-to-month basis. You can end the cooperation at the end of any month. This approach works because the results speak for themselves: if a client sees purchases and leads, they stay; if not, there is no point for either side to continue.

How quickly is advertising launched after payment?

The first campaign is launched within 3 business days of receiving payment — provided there is no delay on the client’s side in approving the advertising materials. During this time, we prepare the strategy, create the advertising copy and visuals, approve them with the client in a Google Spreadsheets document, and put the advertising live. Further optimisation and additional campaigns follow in the coming weeks, based on the first data.

How do you measure advertising return?

We set up purchase and lead attribution within Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 so that purchases and leads are tracked as accurately as possible back to a specific campaign. The monthly report shows sales figures, the number of leads, and the cost per result. Full ROI calculation is possible in cases where the client shares sales and profit data — in that situation, we can also provide ROAS and return-on-investment figures.

Do you only work with large campaigns?

No. Most of our clients are small and medium businesses with a monthly advertising budget between 300 and 5000 EUR. We work with online stores, B2B service companies, educational institutions, medical services, real estate companies, and construction firms.

What happens if a campaign doesn't work as expected?

In the first weeks there is almost always a testing phase during which the campaign is adjusted. If after 4–6 weeks the results are still unsatisfactory, we evaluate together with the client whether the problem lies in the advertising strategy, the website, or the product. An open conversation about the cause is more productive than pretending everything is fine.
