Is TikTok worth the investment for your business?
The honest answer is: not for everyone. TikTok works excellently for businesses whose product is visually interesting, whose target audience includes people aged 16 to 45, and who are willing to be involved in creating video — either themselves or with our help. How much does TikTok management cost?
The cost consists of the management fee paid to ACCESSIO. If you also use paid TikTok advertising, there is an additional advertising budget paid to the TikTok platform.
The management fee is payment for our work — developing the strategy, content planning, video filming and editing, publishing, managing advertising campaigns, and reporting. The specific amount depends on the number of videos per month, the volume of filming, and whether advertising campaign management is included. We name the exact figure after the initial conversation.
The advertising budget (if you use it) is the money TikTok spends on showing advertising. If you want to use paid campaigns, the minimum budget is 1000 EUR + VAT per month.
No long-term contracts — you pay month by month and can end the cooperation at the end of any month.
How does the work process go?
1. Conversation and research. We get in touch by phone or video call. We get to know your business, product, and goals. We assess whether TikTok is a suitable channel in your case — an honest answer to this question is more important than a quick start to the cooperation.
2. Strategy and launch. We prepare the first month’s content plan and begin creating or editing video content.
3. Weekly update. Every week you receive a short message by email or WhatsApp — what has been published, what is working well, what is planned for next week.
4. Optimisation and use of trends. Based on the first data, we adjust the plan — more content in the formats that work, faster reaction to current trends and audio.
5. Monthly report. At the end of the month, a report with views, profile growth, website traffic from TikTok, and, if you use advertising, conversions and cost per result.

Will TikTok work for my industry too?
It depends on the product, the target audience, and the content possibilities. TikTok works best for visually appealing products (clothing, food, cosmetics, furniture), B2C services with a broad audience (beauty, fitness, entertainment), and educational products. For B2B companies with a narrow professional audience, TikTok usually works less well. In the initial conversation, we honestly tell you whether it is worth investing resources in this platform in your case.
How many videos a month should you publish?
The optimal number is 8–15 videos per month. A smaller number is interpreted by the algorithm as an inactive account and reduces reach; a larger number usually exceeds available resources without improving results. The specific number in your case depends on the budget, content type, and goals.
Do I have to appear in the videos personally?
Not necessarily, but it helps. The TikTok audience responds better to videos in which a real person appears — even if it is not the business owner themselves. If you do not want to appear personally, you can use another person from your team, a model, or the product as the main subject of the video. In the conversation, we evaluate together what will work better in your case.
Do you film the videos, or do I need to send my own material?
Both options are possible. If you do not have the means to film yourselves, we can organise the filming — either at your location or in our environment, depending on the product. If you already have video material (filmed on a phone, from previous campaigns, or of the product), we can edit it and adapt it to the TikTok format.
How quickly does TikTok deliver visible results?
In the first two months, there is usually testing of content and style — which formats, topics, and audio work better for the specific brand. The first significant results (several videos with 10,000+ views, follower growth, traffic to the website) usually appear within 2–4 months. Paid advertising campaigns deliver results faster — typically within 2–4 weeks.
What is the difference between organic TikTok content and paid advertising?
Organic content is regular published videos that gain algorithmic visibility for free — this is a slower process, but in the long term it builds an authentic brand presence and follower base. Paid advertising (TikTok Ads) is video you pay to have shown — it delivers faster results and allows precise targeting of specific audiences, but stops as soon as the advertising budget runs out. For most brands, the optimal approach is a combination of both.
Do TikTok views turn into purchases?
They can, but not automatically. Views are only the first step — what matters next is whether the video content makes the viewer want to learn more, visit the website, or follow the account. Purchase-oriented videos use specific techniques (a clear CTA, product demonstration, a sense of limited availability). For paid TikTok Ads campaigns, purchase tracking is set up similarly to Meta or Google Ads.
