Website copy
Website copy that turns visitors into customers
We write homepages, service pages, and product descriptions that persuade the reader and are understandable to Google as well.
Your copy is written by someone who manages advertising campaigns every day — so it is shaped by data, not only by a sense of language.
Why does a website attract visitors but not customers?
The most common reason is copy that describes but does not persuade. Many websites say what the company does — “we offer a wide range of services”, “an individual approach to every client” — but do not answer the questions a visitor actually has in mind: does this company understand my problem, why choose them, what happens when I click the button.
Website copy is a sales conversation that takes place without a salesperson. The visitor has questions and concerns, and the copy is the only thing that can answer them in the right order and at the right moment. If the copy does not do that, the visitor leaves — even if the design is beautiful and the product is good.
What is conversion copywriting?
Conversion copywriting is writing copy with a specific goal — to get the reader to take a particular action: enquire, call, buy. Unlike a simple description, conversion copy is built around the reader’s thinking: first the problem is named, then the solution is shown, concerns are reduced, and the objections that hold back a decision are removed.
In practice, this means structured work, not inspiration. Before writing the copy, you have to understand who the reader is, where on the website they are, and in what state of mind. Homepage copy, service page copy, and a product description perform different jobs, and each is built according to its function.
Who writes your copy?
At ACCESSIO, your website copy is written by Lauris Krolis — someone who not only writes, but also manages advertising campaigns every day. This means the copy is built on data from real campaigns: which message persuaded, which wording brought in enquiries, what stops a person on the way to a decision and what does not.
This matters particularly for website copy, because a website is a company’s main and lasting sales instrument. Advertising changes every month; website copy stays for years. If it does not persuade, it does not pay back the investment. Website copy has to do its job — and do it consistently, long after it is published.
Can artificial intelligence write website copy?
It can generate it — but with two drawbacks. First, AI copy is generic: it does not know your real customers, their specific concerns, and what is genuinely different about your company. The result sounds smooth but could belong to any competitor.
Second, Google’s quality guidelines emphasise the E-E-A-T principle — experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness. Mass-generated, generic content does not provide these signals. We use AI tools where they speed up the work — in keyword research, in a structural draft — but the copy is written and refined with a human understanding of your business. A website whose copy is no different from a thousand others does not sell and does not stand out in Google results.
What kinds of website copy do we write?
Homepage copy. The main page, which has to answer the visitor’s question within 5 seconds — “does this company understand my problem and can it solve it”. The message, structure, and calls to action.
Service and product pages. Pages whose job is to turn interest into an enquiry or a purchase. Built on a problem–solution–proof structure, with answers to the most common objections.
The “About us” page. One of the most visited and most often poorly written pages. We build it so that it creates trust, not just lists facts.
Product descriptions for online stores. Descriptions that sell the product and at the same time contain the keywords people use to search for it on Google.
FAQ sections. Question-and-answer blocks that reduce concerns and at the same time help the page appear in Google and AI search answers.
Blog articles. SEO-oriented articles that attract organic traffic and build the company’s authority in the industry.
Is the copy optimised for Google search?
Yes. Before writing, we carry out keyword research — we find out which words people actually use to search for your service or product, and what questions they ask. These keywords and questions are naturally built into the headings and the copy.
Our approach includes not only traditional SEO, but also writing so that the content is used by AI search tools — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity. In practice, this means clear, question-based headings and direct answers at the start of the copy. More and more people search for information through AI tools, and copy that those tools can understand reaches an audience that traditional SEO no longer captures.
How does the work process go?
1. Conversation and research. We get in touch by phone or video call. We get to know your business, target audience, competitors, and which pages are needed and what they should achieve.
2. Keyword research and structure. We carry out keyword research and prepare the structure of each page — what sections, in what order, with what headings. We agree it with you before writing the full copy.
3. Writing the copy. We write the copy and add it to a Google Docs document, where you can easily review and comment on it.
4. Approval and revisions. We revise the copy based on your comments. One round of revisions is included — in practice, it is almost always enough.
5. Final version. You receive copy that is ready for publication on the website — structured and with notes on the heading hierarchy.

Frequently asked questions
How much does writing website copy cost?
It depends on the number of pages, their type, and the amount of keyword research required. A homepage, a service page, and a product description require different amounts of work. We name a specific figure after the initial conversation, once we know how many pages are needed and for what purpose — general prices “per text” usually mislead, because one page differs from another several times over.
Can you rewrite my existing website copy?
Yes, and often it is the more practical option. An existing website usually has good basic information but a weak structure, message, or SEO. In that case, rewriting is faster and cheaper than working from scratch. In the initial conversation, we evaluate your existing content and tell you what needs rewriting and what needs adding.
Will the copy be SEO-optimised?
Yes. Keyword research and content optimisation are included in the service. The copy is built so that it is understandable to people, to search engines, and to AI search tools. However, it is important to understand: copy is one part of SEO — for a complete result, the website’s technical side and speed also matter, which we address separately in website development services.
How long will it take to receive the copy?
It depends on the number of pages. A single page is usually ready within a few business days; copy for an entire website — depending on the volume — takes longer. We name a specific deadline during the conversation, once we know the scope of the project.
Do you also place the copy on the website?
You or your website developer can place the received copy yourselves — we deliver the copy in a structured form, with clear notes on headings and sections. If the website development is done by ACCESSIO, placing the copy is part of the development process.
