Facebook and Instagram Ads
Is your business ready for real results from Facebook and Instagram?
Are you frustrated by an advertising budget that seems to vanish into thin air, bringing no tangible profit to your company? Navigating the Meta platform advertising jungle in today’s digital environment can be complex and often disappointing. Perhaps you even doubt whether Facebook and Instagram ads still work?
We understand. Our digital marketing agency won’t just create Facebook and Instagram ads for you; we will care for your company’s success as if it were our own.
Does Facebook and Instagram advertising still work for your business?
Yes, it works — but not automatically. Meta advertising today is considerably more complex than it was 5 years ago: algorithms change, iOS privacy updates have reduced data accuracy, costs have risen, and competition in the feed is higher than ever. Advertising that worked in 2020 often no longer works today.
Even so, Meta remains a platform where a relatively small budget can reach a precisely targeted audience. The difference is that it now requires experience — not just pressing buttons in Ads Manager.
What do businesses running ads themselves usually struggle with?
These are the most common problems clients come to us with after previously trying to run advertising on their own or working with an agency that did not properly report on results.
Ads spend the budget, but purchases don’t appear
The advertising shows clicks, but sales figures stay the same. The reason is usually an incorrectly installed Meta Pixel, a poorly built audience, or a message that does not match what the website offers.
Lead quality is poor
A lead campaign brings in 50 enquiries, but when called, it turns out none of them are real customers. This happens when advertising is optimised for the number of leads rather than lead quality — the Meta algorithm can be trained to work differently, but that requires knowledge of event optimisation and value-based bidding.
Advertising falls into “Learning Limited” or “Not Delivering” status
This means the Meta algorithm is not receiving enough data to optimise the campaign. The causes — too narrow an audience, too small a budget, or too many ad sets in one campaign. The solution is restructuring, not a larger budget.
Advertising worked at first, but now it’s stopping
This is called “ad fatigue” — the audience sees the same advertising too often and starts to ignore it. The solution is regular creative rotation, based on data about which advertising materials perform better.
We don’t know which ad is actually making money
The client sees the total budget and total purchases, but does not know which specific campaign, audience, or creative delivered the result. This is solved with correct attribution setup and a monthly report in which the numbers are broken down by campaign.
What ACCESSIO does differently
The foundation of our work is three principles: reporting on business results, not clicks; the client sees and approves all copy and visuals before publication; weekly communication, not just a monthly report.
Lauris, our manager, has 8 years of experience in Meta advertising — before ACCESSIO, he led the Facebook advertising department at another digital marketing agency. This experience means we know which technical problems (Pixel, attribution, event optimisation, audience overlap) usually cause poor results, and how to solve them before launching a campaign, not after.
Advertising copy is written by someone who manages advertising campaigns on a daily basis. This means the text is shaped by data from real campaigns, not only by a sense of language — every message is built around what has been shown to actually convert.
What kinds of Meta campaigns do we create?
Depending on the business goal, we work with different campaign types:
- Purchase campaigns (Conversions / Sales) — for online stores with a Meta Pixel and product catalogue
- Lead campaigns (Leads) — for service businesses, with a quality filter so that enquiries are real customers, not random form-fillers
- Website traffic campaigns (Traffic) — when the main goal is to bring people to the website to read or get in touch
- Awareness campaigns (Awareness, Reach, Video Views) — for new brands or products people don’t yet know about
- Remarketing campaigns — bringing back people who visited the website but did not enquire or buy
The choice and combination of a specific type depend on the business model, budget, and length of the buying cycle. During the conversation, we evaluate together which combination will work better in your situation.
Who is this service for?
Facebook and Instagram advertising management from ACCESSIO is suitable for:
- Online stores with a monthly advertising budget from 300 EUR
- B2B and B2C service businesses that want a steady flow of leads
- Educational institutions and course providers
- Medical and health services
- Real estate developers and brokers
- Construction companies
- Businesses that have previously worked with an agency that did not report on results
We do not work on projects where the client wants reports to show only clicks and reach without measuring business results — that is not our approach.
How much does Facebook and Instagram advertising cost?
The cost consists of two parts: the advertising budget paid to the Meta platform, and the management fee paid to ACCESSIO.
The advertising budget is the money Meta spends to show advertising to people. We recommend a minimum advertising budget of 300 EUR per month — with a smaller amount, the Meta algorithm does not receive enough data to optimise the campaign.
The management fee is payment for our work — strategy, creating copy and visual materials, campaign management, optimisation, and reporting. We name a specific figure after the initial conversation, once we understand your situation, goals, and the scope of the campaign.
No long-term contracts — you pay month by month and can end the cooperation at the end of any month.
How does the work process go?
1. Conversation. We get in touch by phone or video call. We get to know your business, goals, and existing results. If you have run Meta advertising before, we evaluate what worked and what did not.
2. Strategy and launch. Within 3 business days of receiving payment, the strategy is developed, advertising copy and visuals are prepared, approved in a Google Spreadsheets document, and the first campaign is launched — provided there is no delay on the client’s side in approving the materials.
3. Weekly update. Every week you receive a short message by email or WhatsApp — what is happening, what is being changed, what to expect next week.
4. Optimisation and creative refresh. Based on the first data, campaigns are adjusted — we change audiences, messaging, and budget allocation. Every 2–4 weeks we create new creative materials to prevent the “ad fatigue” effect.
5. Monthly report. At the end of the month, a detailed report with purchases, leads, and cost per result. Based on it, we decide together on the next step.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Facebook advertising cost?
It depends on the industry, the audience, the campaign goal, and the size of the advertising budget. The same amount can produce very different results across different industries. That is why we provide accurate cost and return forecasts only after the initial conversation, once we are familiar with your product, market situation, and goals — general figures found online usually mislead more than they help in this case.
Will Facebook advertising work in my industry at all?
In most industries yes, but not equally well. Meta works best for visual products (clothing, furniture, food, cosmetics), B2C services with a short decision-making cycle (beauty, car repair, personal trainers), and educational products. More difficult industries are B2B with long buying cycles and highly specific professional services — there, Meta works as a complement to Google Ads rather than as the main channel.
How long does it take to see the first results?
The first data on whether a campaign is moving in the right direction is usually visible within 7–14 days. In the first week, the Meta algorithm is in the “Learning Phase” — it is learning which people are most likely to take the desired action. More stable results are usually seen after 3–4 weeks, once enough data has been gathered for optimisation.
What is the Meta Pixel and why does it matter?
The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code installed on your website that allows Meta to see what people do after clicking on an ad — whether they viewed a product, added it to the cart, enquired, or bought. Without a correctly installed Pixel, advertising optimisation is theoretical — the algorithm does not know what works, and the budget is spent inefficiently. Before launching campaigns, we check and, if necessary, reconfigure your Pixel setup.
Can you work with my existing Meta advertising account, or is a new one needed?
We work with your existing Meta Business advertising account — it is the best solution, because the account already holds historical data that helps the algorithm optimise new campaigns. You simply need to grant us access as a partner agency. If the account is blocked or newly created, we will help get it set up before launching campaigns.
Do you guarantee specific results?
No — and we would not trust any agency that guarantees them. Meta advertising results depend on many factors, of which the agency controls only some (campaign strategy, advertising copy and visuals, audience selection, optimisation). The rest — product quality, website conversion, price, season, competition — is within the client’s area of influence. We guarantee professional work, transparent reporting, and that you will know what is happening every week.
Do I also need Instagram if I already advertise on Facebook?
In a single Meta campaign, advertising is usually shown on both platforms at once — Facebook and Instagram (and sometimes Messenger and Audience Network). This costs nothing extra and reaches more people. In specific cases where the audience is particular (for example, younger people on Instagram, older people on Facebook), we split campaigns by platform to better control results.
