What is Google Business Profile and why does it matter?
Google Business Profile is a business profile provided by Google that eligible businesses can use to manage how their information appears in Google Search and Google Maps. It was previously called Google My Business, so both names are still commonly used in searches.
A profile can show the business name, category, address or service area, opening hours, phone number, website, photos, services, reviews and other information that helps potential customers understand whether the business fits their needs.
Google states that local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence. Complete and accurate profile information can help Google understand the business and match it with relevant searches. However, neither ACCESSIO nor any other agency can guarantee a specific position in Google Maps or the Local Pack.
Why maintain the profile after initial optimisation?
Google Business Profile is not a one-time digital business card. Opening hours, services, contact details, photos, reviews and other information can change over time. Google may also suggest or apply profile information updates from different sources.
Regular profile maintenance, Google Posts or review management do not by themselves guarantee higher Google rankings. We therefore do not promise specific ranking improvements as a service outcome.
Our role is practical: keep the profile up to date, publish useful customer-facing information, monitor material reviews and changes, flag obvious issues and regularly review the available performance data.
Google Posts - what is included in monthly management?
The monthly service includes preparation and publication of 2 Google Posts. They can cover services, updates, offers or other information relevant to the business.
We treat Google Posts as a communication tool, not a guaranteed ranking tactic. The base price uses client-provided or previously approved visuals. If custom design, photography or video production is required, we can assess it as additional work or connect it with other ACCESSIO content and video services.
Where practical, we prepare and approve both monthly Posts together. This keeps the workflow efficient and the price fixed.
Google reviews - what is included and what is not?
The one-time service includes a direct Google review link that the business can send to customers after a genuine service interaction or purchase. Google allows businesses to ask customers for honest reviews, but rewards, discounts or other incentives must not be offered in exchange for a review, a review change or deletion.
Businesses must also not discourage negative reviews or selectively ask only for positive reviews. When requesting reviews, customers must be free to describe their genuine experience.
With monthly management, we monitor new reviews and flag cases that need attention. Writing an individual response to every review is not included in the 190 EUR monthly base price.
If a review may violate Google policy, we can assess the situation separately and help with the available reporting process. We cannot guarantee removal - Google makes the final decision, and a negative review is not removed simply because the business disagrees with it.
Google Business Profile is not the same as full Local SEO
Google Business Profile work focuses on the Google profile itself and its management features. Full Local SEO can also include technical and content optimisation of the website, local landing pages, citations in other directories, link acquisition and other work outside the profile.
The 190 EUR Google Business Profile service therefore does not include the full scope of Local SEO. If your situation requires additional Local SEO work, we will flag it separately and will not add it to the 190 EUR base service without agreement.

For standard one-time work, the ACCESSIO delivery time is up to 5 business days once payment, the required manager access and all necessary information have been received.

If Google requires direct action from the business owner, for example during a verification step, we explain what is required and work with you.

For one-time work, we complete a final QA and hand over the configured profile. With monthly management, we continue the agreed maintenance cycle.
If we need to wait for Google verification, moderation, an appeal decision or another Google-controlled outcome, that waiting time is not counted within ACCESSIO’s 5-business-day delivery time.
What do we need from the client?
To complete the work correctly, the client needs to provide accurate business information, the required manager access and approvals, rights to use submitted photos and other materials, timely feedback, and direct participation when Google requires it.
For monthly management, we ask that routine changes are submitted in a consolidated way where possible rather than fragmented throughout the month. This keeps the service efficient and the base price at 190 EUR per month.
What can the monthly summary show?
Depending on the profile and the data Google makes available, Business Profile performance data may show profile views, searches and certain customer actions such as calls, website clicks or direction requests.
The monthly summary is concise and intended to highlight material changes rather than provide an extensive report. Available metrics can differ between businesses and, on their own, do not prove specific sales revenue or a causal impact from ACCESSIO’s work.
Who owns the Google Business Profile?
The profile remains under the client’s control. ACCESSIO does not need to be the owner of the business profile in order to provide management services.
If the profile already exists, agency access is set up so the business retains ownership and control. If we create a new profile, owner rights remain with the business and ACCESSIO works with manager access.
If the engagement ends, the profile remains with the client and ACCESSIO removes its management access.
Our fee covers service work and management, not the Google Business Profile itself. Google Business Profile is a Google-provided tool that eligible businesses can use at no additional cost.

How much does Google Business Profile setup and management cost?
One-time setup or optimisation costs 190 EUR, and monthly management costs 190 EUR per month. VAT does not apply. The services can be purchased separately, with no long-term commitment.
Is Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google Business Profile itself is a Google-provided tool that eligible businesses can use at no additional cost. ACCESSIO charges for agreed setup, optimisation, maintenance, content, monitoring and other service work.
Does ACCESSIO guarantee higher Google Maps rankings?
No. Google states that local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence. A well-configured profile can help Google understand the business, but we cannot guarantee a specific ranking or a top-three Local Pack position.
Can I order only one-time setup or optimisation?
Yes. One-time setup or optimisation for 190 EUR is a standalone service. Monthly management is not required.
Can I order only monthly management?
Yes, if the profile is already adequately configured. We check this in a short initial review. If substantial restructuring or setup is needed first, we will recommend the one-time service or a custom assessment.
What if I do not have access to the existing profile?
We first check what access is currently available. Straightforward access cases can be handled within the standard scope, while complex ownership or access recovery is assessed as separate work.
Can ACCESSIO verify the profile on my behalf?
We can help you prepare for and complete the standard verification process, but Google determines the available verification methods and final outcome. In some situations, direct participation from the business owner will be required. Repeated verification failures or appeals are assessed separately.
Will ACCESSIO respond to every Google review?
No. The 190 EUR monthly base service includes review monitoring, not writing and publishing an individual response to every review. If ongoing response management is required, we can price it separately.
Can you remove negative reviews?
We cannot guarantee review removal. If a review may violate Google policy, we can separately help assess the available reporting options. Google does not remove a review simply because the business disagrees with it.
Do you help with suspended or disabled profiles?
This work is not included in the standard 190 EUR services. We can assess individual suspension or reinstatement cases as separate paid work, but we do not guarantee reinstatement.
Do you work with businesses that have multiple locations?
Yes, but multi-location work is not included in the standard one-location price. Scope and pricing are assessed individually based on the number of profiles and complexity.
How is Google Business Profile different from Local SEO?
Google Business Profile services focus on the Google business profile itself. Local SEO is a broader set of services, so Local SEO work outside the profile is not automatically included in the 190 EUR Google Business Profile price.
Which businesses are eligible for Google Business Profile?
Google Business Profile is primarily intended for businesses that have in-person contact with customers during their stated hours, either because customers visit the business location or the business travels to customers within a service area. Online-only businesses without in-person customer contact are not eligible for Google Business Profile. We check basic eligibility before starting work.
What happens when the engagement ends?
The profile remains yours. ACCESSIO removes its management access and your business retains control of its Google Business Profile.
How quickly will the profile be set up or optimised?
Standard one-time work controlled by ACCESSIO is completed within up to 5 business days once payment, the required access and all necessary information have been received. Time spent waiting for Google-controlled processes such as verification, moderation or appeals is not included in this timeframe and cannot be guaranteed.
