What does YouTube management at ACCESSIO include?

We adapt the service depending on whether the client wants only content management, only advertising, or both.

Video filming and editing. We have the capacity to film video — either at your location or in our environment. We also offer drone filming. If you already have video material you would like to use, we can edit it and adapt it to the YouTube format.

Thumbnails and captions. A YouTube thumbnail is just as important as the video content itself — it determines whether a person clicks at all. We create thumbnails that attract attention and captions that increase watch time.

Video SEO optimisation. We optimise video descriptions, titles, tags, and timestamps. YouTube is a search engine — a properly optimised video attracts views from search results for years, not only from algorithm recommendations.

Publishing plan. Long videos and YouTube Shorts (short vertical videos) are two different formats in the algorithm’s view. We plan when and what type of content to publish so that the two support each other.

How much does YouTube management cost?

The cost consists of the management fee paid to ACCESSIO. If you also use YouTube advertising, there is an additional advertising budget paid to Google.

The management fee is payment for our work — filming, editing, thumbnail creation, content optimisation, publishing, managing advertising campaigns, and reporting. The specific amount depends on the number of videos per month, the volume of filming, and whether advertising campaign management is included. We name the exact figure after the initial conversation.

The advertising budget (if you use it) is the money Google spends on showing YouTube advertising. If you want to use paid campaigns, we recommend a minimum advertising budget of 300 EUR per month.

No long-term contracts — you pay month by month and can end the cooperation at the end of any month.

How does the work process go?

1. Conversation and research. We get in touch by phone or video call. We get to know your business, your existing YouTube presence (if any), and your goals. We understand whether you primarily want organic content, advertising, or both.

2. Strategy and launch. Within 3 business days of receiving payment, the strategy is prepared and the first content creation process begins. If you want YouTube advertising, the first campaign is launched within 3 business days — provided there is no delay on the client’s side in approving the materials. All materials are approved in a Google Spreadsheets document before publication.

3. Weekly update. Every week you receive a short message by email or WhatsApp — what has been published, how the advertising is performing, what is planned for next week.

4. Optimisation. Based on data (views, watch time, conversions), we adjust content and campaigns — which video formats work better, which advertising types to expand, which to pause.

5. Monthly report. At the end of the month, a report with views, watch time, subscriber growth, traffic to the website, and, if you use advertising, conversions and cost per result.

In most industries yes, but for different goals. Unlike TikTok, where quantity matters, the YouTube algorithm values quality and watch time more.

What is the difference between YouTube long videos and YouTube Shorts?

Long videos (from 1 to 30+ minutes) are the traditional YouTube format, which works well for educational content, product demonstrations, interviews, and in-depth analysis. YouTube Shorts are short vertical videos (up to 60 seconds), YouTube’s answer to TikTok — they reach a broader, faster audience, but with a lower conversion rate. What is YouTube advertising and how is it different from Google Ads?

YouTube advertising is technically a type of Google Ads campaign — it is created and managed from the same Google Ads platform. The difference is that YouTube advertising consists of video ads that appear before, during, or after the videos of other YouTube creators. The main campaign types: In-Stream (at the start, with the option to skip after 5 seconds), Bumper (6-second ads with no skip option), Discovery (appearing in search results and the sidebar).

How quickly does YouTube content start delivering results?

YouTube is a slower platform than TikTok or Meta. The first significant results (regular views, subscriber growth, traffic to the website) usually appear within 3–6 months of consistent publishing. However, YouTube’s advantage is that well-optimised videos continue to attract views for years — unlike Meta or TikTok, where content ages quickly. Do I have to appear in the videos personally?

Not necessarily. YouTube content can be made in various formats — with the business owner as the main speaker, with another person from the team, with product demonstrations without any people, with animation, or in a screen-share format. Do you need a new YouTube channel, or will you work with my existing one?

We will work with your existing YouTube channel — it is the best solution, because the historical data and subscribers accumulated in the channel help new content perform better. You simply need to grant us manager access. If there is no channel yet, we will help create it and configure it correctly before publishing the first video.
