Google Ads management for businesses
Google Ads management with a clear scope and transparent pricing
ACCESSIO creates, restructures and manages Google Ads campaigns based on the business goals, account size and available data. Each package clearly defines the number of campaigns, campaign types and monthly work included.
Before preparing an offer, we assess the account, campaign types and technical situation.
- Ad spend is paid to Google separately
- VAT is not charged
- No minimum contract term
When is Google Ads management a suitable choice?
Google Ads may be suitable when people are already searching for your product or service and the business has a functioning website or online store.
The service may be suitable when
- you want to generate enquiries, calls, purchases or other measurable platform events;
- you need ongoing campaign management rather than a one-time launch;
- you want to understand how the advertising budget is being used;
- you can provide the required access, information and campaign materials;
- you are prepared to review the offer, website and sales process when they limit results.
The service may not be suitable when
- there is no functioning website or other suitable landing page;
- the important actions cannot be measured reliably;
- you expect a guaranteed number of enquiries, purchases or a guaranteed ROAS;
- you only need a one-time campaign setup without ongoing management;
- programming, product-data or complex tracking work is required, but these are not included in the selected package and no separate estimate has been prepared.
Google Ads does not automatically guarantee a business result. Results are affected by demand, competition, the offer, website quality, ad spend, conversion tracking and the sales process.

The appropriate package is determined after assessing the account structure, campaign types, markets, languages and technical situation.
What is included in monthly management?
Account and campaign monitoring
We review campaign results, budget utilisation and the available conversion data.
Keywords and search terms
We analyse the searches the ads actually attract, add negative keywords and develop relevant directions.
Ad copy and platform assets
We create and maintain Search ad copy, headlines, descriptions and standard Google Ads assets.
Budgets and bidding strategies
We review budget allocation and bidding strategies according to the available data, budget and campaign goals.
Campaign structure
We adjust or rebuild campaign structures within the approved package when the available data supports the change.
Reporting and priorities
Each month you receive a report covering the most important results, changes made, conclusions and next priorities.
How does the cooperation work?
- 01
Situation assessment
We clarify the business goals, offer, advertising budget, account history and technical situation.
- 02
Access and data check
We check the basic readiness of Google Ads, GA4, Merchant Center and conversion tracking as far as it relates to the selected service.
- 03
Structure and priorities
We define the campaign types, campaign structure, budget allocation and initial priorities.
- 04
Campaign preparation and launch
We create or restructure the campaigns, ad copy and standard platform assets.
- 05
Ongoing management
We monitor results and make evidence-based changes according to the data, ad spend and conversion cycle.
- 06
Reporting and next steps
We summarise the most important results and define priorities for the next period.
What may be included in the initial setup?
The exact setup scope depends on the selected package and the technical condition of the account.
In a standard situation, it may include:
- an initial review of an existing Google Ads account or the creation of a new account;
- a check of access and billing configuration;
- initial keyword and search-results research;
- campaign and ad-group structure within the package limits;
- an initial negative-keyword list;
- Search ad copy and standard assets;
- a check of the GA4 and Google Ads connection;
- a check of existing conversion actions;
- one simple standard conversion setup when no website-code, dataLayer or programming changes are required;
- the launch and post-launch check of the first campaigns.
The exact setup scope and price are approved before work begins.
Not sure whether your existing account is working correctly? Start with an independent Google Ads account audit.
When is Merchant Center setup needed?
This add-on is intended for situations where Merchant Center needs to be created or configured and the client already has technically usable product data.
- creating a Merchant Center account;
- coordinating business and domain verification;
- linking Google Ads and Merchant Center;
- connecting an existing product feed;
- basic configuration of shipping and returns information;
- basic diagnostics of product status and disapprovals;
- a technical-readiness check for the first Shopping or Performance Max campaign.
What does Google Ads data show - and what does it not prove?
The data may show
- ad spend and budget utilisation;
- clicks and search terms;
- conversions recorded by the platform;
- purchase and revenue data when tracking has been implemented and validated correctly.
The data does not automatically prove
- that a platform conversion is a qualified enquiry;
- that a recorded purchase is a paid transaction;
- that the value recorded by the platform is revenue or profit;
- that tracking works without duplicates or other deficiencies.
Correct interpretation requires checking the conversion definition, tracking quality, attribution model and whether platform data matches CRM, online-store or sales data. In its reporting, ACCESSIO separates platform metrics from business results as far as the available data allows.
Who is responsible for what in Google Ads management?
ACCESSIO
- managing the Google Ads account and campaigns within the approved package;
- preparing ad copy and standard platform assets;
- reviewing budgets, search terms, bidding strategies and structure;
- providing the monthly report and defining the next priorities;
- giving timely notice when additional technical or creative work is required.
The client
- providing timely access, information and approvals;
- maintaining a functioning website or online store;
- paying the ad spend to Google;
- ensuring the accuracy of products, prices, offers and legal information;
- providing images, logos, videos and product materials when required for the selected direction;
- handling enquiries and the sales process.
Technical and other specialists
- website-code changes;
- dataLayer and complex conversion tracking;
- Consent Mode, server-side tracking and CRM integrations;
- product-feed programming or a major rebuild;
- the actual resolution of complex Merchant Center problems;
- professional translation, design, animation and video production.
What is not included in the packages and is priced separately?
Standard Google Ads management and setup do not automatically include the following work and costs.
- ad spend;
- website or landing-page development;
- website-code changes;
- full Google Tag Manager setup or a major rebuild;
- an e-commerce dataLayer;
- technical Consent Mode or CMP integration;
- server-side tracking;
- CRM and offline-conversion integrations;
- product-feed creation, programming or a major rebuild;
- technical resolution of complex product disapprovals;
- Merchant Center suspension or policy-violation cases;
- professional translation;
- new banner, animation or video production;
- guarantees of results, purchases, enquiries or ROAS.
Additional work rates
- standard, clearly defined additional work - EUR 75/hour;
- technical or setup-related additional work - EUR 85/hour;
- urgent or initially unclear work - EUR 95/hour.
The minimum billing unit is 30 minutes. Additional work is carried out only after prior approval.
Third-party licences and specialist costs are priced separately.
Additional markets and languages
The base price of each package includes one country and one language.
Additional country in the same language
From EUR 250 per month
Applies when the same language and a shared offer and landing-page system remain in use, but additional management of geography, competition, budget and results is required.
Additional language
From EUR 450 per month
Professional translation is not included. An additional language usually requires new keyword research, ad-copy adaptation, search-term analysis and separate quality assurance.
Separately managed market
From EUR 550 per month
Applies when the market has a separate budget, campaign structure, offer, ad copy, landing pages or results analysis.
The final price for several markets and languages is determined after assessing the actual work required.
Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the package price?
No. The package price covers Google Ads management. The client pays the advertising budget to Google separately.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. The service is prepaid for the next period. The client may discontinue the cooperation by not paying the next invoice.
Can you guarantee a specific number of enquiries, purchases or ROAS?
No. Results are affected by demand, competition, ad spend, the offer, website quality, conversion tracking and the sales process. ACCESSIO provides professional work within the approved scope, not a guaranteed business result.
What is an active campaign?
An active campaign is one that runs, is launched, optimised, substantially rebuilt or prepared for relaunch during the relevant period. A long-paused campaign is not counted when no work is carried out on it.
What is a substantially rebuilt campaign?
It is a campaign with a new objective, structure, product or service direction, market, language, or a complete campaign renewal. Routine optimisation and minor copy or budget changes are not a substantial rebuild.
Does the package include banner and video production?
No. The client provides images, logos, videos and product materials. New visuals, animations or videos are priced separately.
What conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager work is included?
The service includes a basic check of existing conversion tracking and a simple standard configuration when no website-code, dataLayer or programming changes are required. Complex technical implementation is priced separately.
Can Shopping management be included in the Growth package?
It may be included when Merchant Center, the product feed and purchase tracking already work correctly and no programming or feed repair is required.
What happens when the account exceeds the package limits?
ACCESSIO informs the client and proposes a higher package or a separate estimate for additional work. No additional work is carried out without approval.
Does unused package capacity carry over to the next month?
No. The package reserves ACCESSIO capacity for a specific period, so unused capacity does not carry over.
Not sure which Google Ads package is suitable?
Before preparing an offer, we assess the business goals, existing Google Ads account, campaign types and technical situation. If a standard package is not suitable, we prepare an individual scope of work.
Tell us about your business, current advertising situation and desired outcomes. We will contact you to clarify the required scope.
