Two simple monthly packages are available:
4 posts per month - EUR 150.
8 posts per month - EUR 270.
How the monthly process works
1. Build the monthly topic plan
We agree the main topics, current updates, offers, and other content worth publishing during the month.
2. Write the posts
We prepare 4 or 8 organic Facebook / Instagram post texts according to the selected package.
3. Create simple static visuals
For each post, we prepare a simple static banner or visual using the client's materials and an agreed visual system or reusable templates.
4. Approve the month's content together
The goal is to approve the content for the month in one coordinated process rather than asking for approval separately just before each post is published.
5. Schedule publishing
Once approved, the posts are scheduled using the publishing tools available on the platforms.

What does “simple static visual” mean?
These packages are designed for regular content with simple, visually consistent presentation. The base price does not include creating a completely new campaign design concept from scratch for every post.
The typical model is to:
- use the client's brand colours, fonts, and materials;
- create or reuse repeatable templates;
- change the image, headline, CTA, and other necessary elements;
- keep a consistent visual system across the posts.
If the project requires a separate creative concept, professional photography, illustration, animation, or video, that is a different scope of work.
Facebook and Instagram - is the content created for both platforms?
If the same approved content is suitable for both Facebook and Instagram and does not require significant platform-specific rework, it can be published on both platforms.
If separate Facebook and Instagram copy, different visual formats, or a separate content strategy for each platform is required, the additional work is agreed separately.
What is not included in these packages?
The base price does not include:
- comment and direct-message management;
- Reels or video production;
- photography;
- Meta Ads campaign management or media spend;
- urgent posts outside the agreed plan;
- a completely new design concept for every post;
- unlimited revisions;
- a separate detailed monthly analytics report unless agreed separately.
If you need video, we can connect the ACCESSIO video-production service. If you need paid Facebook / Instagram advertising, that is a separate Meta Ads service.
How is this different from full social media management?
This service is intentionally simpler and more affordable.
You are buying a repeatable content preparation and publishing process:
plan → copy → visual → approval → scheduling.
A full social media management service may also include comment and direct-message management, deeper strategy, analytics, video production, influencer collaborations, and other elements. These services are not included in the 4- or 8-post monthly packages; if any of them are needed, we assess and agree them separately.
Frequently asked questions
Is EUR 150 for four texts or for the full package process?
For the full base process: 4 post texts, 4 simple static visuals, coordinated monthly approval, and scheduling/publishing.
Do 4 posts mean exactly one post every week?
No. The commercial scope is 4 posts per month. The publishing schedule is agreed as part of the monthly content plan.
Can the content be published on both Facebook and Instagram?
Yes, when the same content is suitable for both platforms without significant additional adaptation. Separate platform-specific content may be priced as additional work.
Are Reels included?
No. Video and Reels are a separate service.
Will you reply to comments and direct messages?
No, not within the base package. That would be a community-management function.
What access is required for publishing?
Scheduling requires appropriate access to the company's Facebook Page and, if we publish on Instagram as well, the relevant Instagram account / Meta Business environment. If needed, we can help clarify which access should be granted.
Do I need a long-term agreement?
No. A package can be ordered for one month. The next month begins after prepayment for the next period.
What happens to unused posts?
If content cannot be prepared or published because client approval is delayed or required materials are missing, unused posts do not automatically roll over to the next month. If non-delivery is on ACCESSIO's side, the undelivered scope does not disappear - we complete it or agree another solution with the client.
Can I order more than 8 posts per month?
Yes. In that case, we prepare an individual scope and price.
Monthly content does not need to start from zero every time
Choose the 4- or 8-post package, send us your business updates and materials, and we will prepare the month's content in a structured way. After your enquiry, we will clarify access, materials, and the start of the next monthly work period.
